Love how overly detailed mickey is. Like, in this scenario, BF is just a dude, and mickey mouse is a cartoon character. Yet mickey looks more detailed and realistic, instantly hinting you to the fact that something is very wrong. Also how the "sweat" dripping from his head is black, making it look like hes melting, which makes sense because of the story describing him melting.
